How We Met
It all began with a swipe on Bumble. Who would have thought that a simple match would lead to the adventure of a lifetime? Both of us were curious but cautious, wondering if this could really be something special. After chatting for a bit, we decided to meet in person for the first time at Clementine’s Ice Cream.
Ice cream probably was not the best of ideas as a St. Louis January does not usually call for a frozen treat. However, even in the bitter cold, Charles still arrived in shorts and a tshirt. Between bites of our favorite flavors, we discovered we had so much in common—more than we ever imagined. What started as a sweet first date turned into something even sweeter: a lifelong connection.
